RE: Installing MS Office 2003
Try it:

  1. Start > Run
  2. type in box "PfadToOffice2003\Setup.exe" TRANSFORMS="PfadToOffice2003\Unattended.MST" /qb-
Run it and look if install is ok

VMware is good.

If it not installs over Start > Run, must be problem with Unattended.MST. I don't know another rieson.

RE: Installing MS Office 2003
well i have been trying everything, but with no sucess, still i managed to get it to install if instead of burning the iso i use it under vmware (mounted iso) it installs.
I'm not sure if this helps you. Can it be something to do with %cdrom% variables ???

RE: Installing MS Office 2003
I had the same problem. I was able to fix mine.  I change my setting.txt file to read this:

"%cdrom%Software\office2003\setup.exe" TRANSFORMS=Unattended.MST" /QB-

Goodluck
hope it work for you too.

RE: Installing MS Office 2003
Please tell me Unattended.MST - that this?
Unattended Installation Software. Create a stand-alone unattended installation CD! You can use MultiSet software to create a universal disk for automatic installing software onto a computer using any media (CD/DVD/Flash/Hard Drive).
