how do i integrate directx 9 + hotfixes on win 2000

can i integrate direct x 9 with unatended ?

i've got some hotfixes from microsoft, i can't say i know how to use those commands ( norestart... ), but when i try to select them i get this message saying it's too big. how do i find that switch used in software section?
please excuse my english .
