Ich glaube auch mal mit Win-Setup zwei Partitionen neu erstellt und nur eine war formatiert, worauf auch Windows installiert wurde.

Das habe ich nicht probiert. Man könnte spekulieren ob Windows die Partition E: formatiert wird wenn er drauf was schreiben soll.

Jein. Es gibt zwei Möglichkeiten:
  1. Autopartition=1 (Abschnitt [Data])
  2. Repartition=yes (Abschnitt [Unattended])
Bei Ersten formatiert Setup nichts! Er sucht sich blos eine Partition aus, die groß genug ist und installiert Windows drauf.

Bei Zweiten formatiert Setup erste Festplatte komplett für eine Partition und instaliert Windows drauf (ich glaube auch hier muss Autopartition=1).

Wenn du alle Partitionen manuell formatierst, kannst du dann auch Autopartition=1 verwenden.
